Which data, and why

Only data you fill in yourself, or that is needed for the website to work, is processed:

• Contact form: your name, e-mail address and message (and anything else you fill in, such as a phone number). Used to answer your question. Legal basis: your request and the legitimate interest in being able to reply. Kept for as long as the contact continues and at most two years after that.
• Newsletter: your e-mail address, only if you sign up yourself and confirm through the link in the confirmation e-mail. Used to send you occasional news about new work and exhibitions. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click at the bottom of every e-mail; your address is then no longer used.
• Purchases: your name, e-mail address, delivery address and phone number, to handle and deliver your order. Payment is made through an external payment service (such as PayPal or a bank payment link); your payment details never reach this website. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract and the statutory retention obligation. Data needed for the accounts is kept for seven years.

Cookies and statistics

This website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as remembering your language and cookie choice.

Online Gallery anonymously counts how often pages and works are viewed, without cookies that follow you across other websites. Google statistics are only loaded if you give permission.

Who data is shared with

Your data is not sold and not used for other people's advertising. It is only shared with parties needed to run this website:

• Online Gallery (onlinegallery.art, the Netherlands) hosts this website and stores the data on behalf of the website owner. Online Gallery acts as a processor and does not use the data for its own purposes. The database is located in the European Union (Frankfurt).
• An e-mail service sends the confirmation and newsletter e-mails on behalf of this website.
• The payment service you pay with (for example PayPal or your bank); it is itself responsible for the payment details.

Your rights

You can always ask which data is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, have its use restricted, or receive it in a common format. Consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time. Send your request through the contact form on this website; you will get an answer within one month.
